I think this is probably the best photo of the ELEVEN of the 1973 Girls from Ames! Taken near the Riverwalk in Breckenridge, Colorado.
And here is the short explanation of our great time together in July 2010.
Eleven 1973 AHS graduates, affectionately referred to themselves as " GFA 2010"=Girls From Ames 2010-named after the recent publication, Girls From Ames.....enjoyed several days together in the Colorado Rockies in July 2010. A house was rented in Silverthorne and from there we visited fun places like Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, Dillon and of course, shopping in Silverthorne. We even Jazzercised out on the deck with breathtakingly beautiful scenery all around us!!!! Our time together was incredibly memorable as we all enjoyed just being able to visit, relax, have lots of fun together and
experience all the beauty and splendor of the Colorado mountains. It was tough when it came time to say our good byes to one another.
The eleven 'attendees' included: Janet (Seim) Bunker, Carolyn (Curry) Hakes, Sue (Geist) Jones, Katy (Rozeboom) Rice, Linda (Allison) Rejvani, Chris Ellis, Carol (Peterson) Sullivan, Carol Jo (Patterson) Waters, Cindy (Tschetter) Gould, Kerry (Goodwin) Helvey,and Lynne (Brady) Scribbins.
